Genex is not responsible for any regulatory breach or malpractice by such Healthcare service provider.

Cancellation cannot be done once the payment is made. No refunds are possible from Genex as the money is paid to your healthcare service provider immediately when you pay through Genex portal. You may however discuss the refund issue with the healthcare service provider directly and depending upon their refund policy, they can decide what steps to take. Genex has no role to play in this.

Genex does not claim ownership of any materials you make available through the Site. At Genex's sole discretion, such materials may be included in the Service in whole or in part or in a modified form.
